Heated Filters for Gas Analysis
Heated filters are perfect for diesel exhaust gases. The sampling system and filter are heated to prevent water condensation during gas analysis.
Heated filters in use
Typically used disposable filter elements can be changed quickly and easily at operating temperatures thanks to a quick release bayonet fitting.
Several types of filter housings are available to provide flexibility when designing the sampling system. The inlet and outlet ports are located on the sides or end of the filter housing. The internal arrangements will have a support core or tie rod and element retainer.
Working with OEMs, our designers can create special modifications such as additional ports for thermal probes, mounting flanges, metal handles. Let us know what you need.
