Our brass filter housings have bodies machined from solid brass bar, with nylon internals and Viton seal. These brass filter housings are ideal for point-of-use instrument air filtration.
Industry Standard Sizes
The housing accept an industry standard size and grade of filter element to ensure they are completely interchangeable. The usual 8CK element will remove large volumes of liquids when coalescing and give a long service life for particulate removal – this is together with low pressure drops and high flow rates.
Standard brass filter housings are rated at 17 bar, or 250psi, but we supply other types up to 350 bar. Let us know what you need.
Point-of-Use Instrument Air Applications
The BB213 and BB233 series housings show here are perfectly suited for point-of-use instrument air filtration in corrosive atmospheres – they are specified where they is a high salt content in the environment.
The housings have a brass petcock drain valve fitted as standard and can also be supplied with female NPT drain ports. A range of port sizes from 1/8″ up to 1″ are available. Click the image to view and save the the pdf data sheet.
